 310220028 brand new caliper piston used on the REAR calipers of many Biturbo models: 

 Coupe, Spyder, 222, 2.24, 228, 420, 4.24, 425, 430, Karif, Shamal and early Ghibli II models without ABS. 

 Not suitable for QP IV, 3200GT or Ghibli II ABS models.  
This is one piston, each caliper must use two to replace used pistons.
